When a tenant vacates, our staff will walk the property, notate any damages, photograph both the interior and exterior, and supply estimates for any repairs or damages. We work directly with each landlord on determining what amount of the deposit should be refunded, charged back, or withheld. It is ultimately up to each landlord as to the final determination of those charges but we will supply the documentation and evidence to help you reach that decision. We will provide a statement and itemization to the last known address provided by the tenant within 30 days of their vacate date.
