About Jason D. Lucas

Jason moved to Dallas in February 2001 and spent nearly 7 years working at MetLife insurance as an underwriter before becoming a REALTOR in April of 2008. He started with Keller-Williams before making the move to Property Management at Local Dwelling in December of 2008. Local Dwelling specializes in the leasing and management of residential and multi-family properties and also on the listing and sale of residential real estate throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Jason assists investors and developers in the purchasing and selling of income producing properties. He also loves working with home buyers to achieve their goal of home ownership. In 2013 Jason became a certified Property Manager and Leasing Specialist through classes offered by the MetroTex Association of REALTORS. On January 6, 2017, Jason stepped into the role of Executive Director. He enjoys leading the team here at Local Dwelling and working closely with each and every client. Without them, he knows we wouldn’t be in business. In May of 2019, Jason earned his Broker’s license and officially became the designated Broker for Local Dwelling. Outside of work Jason loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
